Tom’s expertise is in maintenance, gained through over 39 years of manufacturing experience in the pulp & paper and machining industries. During his time in industry, Tom has held roles as a journeyman machinist, machinist lead, maintenance supervisor, and maintenance planner.

Tom holds associate degrees in Machine Tool and Quality Assurance from Mid-State Technical College and many classes toward a bachelor’s degree in industrial management from UW-Stout. He is also a state-indentured Machinist Technician.
