A Client requested that we provide someone to train the reliability engineers at the mill how to create, modify, and manage PMs in SAP. Pillar Engineering was able to provide a consultant with a lot of experience in this area who could come in and teach the reliability engineers how to do this.

A Client requested that we provide someone to help develop a Root Cause Analysis (RCA) database to manage and execute the RCA incidents in their plant. Pillar Engineering was able to provide a consultant who had already build two of these processes at other facilites. The Pillar consultant worked with the plant and a third party to develop this system.
